Phillips Avenue, downtown Sioux Falls

Roasted in the room you’re drinking it in.

We’re an independent, locally owned coffee roastery with a sixteen-tap bar in the same room. Small batches, six single origins, and a door that opens at 6:30 in the morning.

The 605 Blend is the exception. It’s blended from several of these and it’s what every espresso drink in the shop is built on.

Small-batch roasting

Green on the left, roasted on the right.

We buy, roast, retail and wholesale specialty coffee, and we do all of it from one address. That means we can tell you the region, the elevation and the process behind whatever is in your cup, because we chose it.

Developing a roast profile takes a lot of goes to get right. So does an hour on the espresso machine. We’re fussy about both, and the point of being fussy is that the coffee is worth remembering.

Sixteen taps, and they don’t stay the same.

The tap wall pours sixteen styles of craft beer from artisan breweries, and the team rotates them on purpose so there’s something you haven’t had yet. There’s a wine list too.

It’s the same room, the same tables and the same people behind the bar. The coffee machine doesn’t stop when the taps start.
